• Financial Data: GCash account number, PayMaya/Maya account details, bank account information (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card details used for deposits and withdrawals. We do not store full card numbers — only masked references.
• Transaction Data: Records of all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game activity on your udebet account.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, time zone, and session duration collected automatically when you access the Platform.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine banking partners, to process your deposits and withdrawals securely.

udebet retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Active Accounts: Personal data is retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Marketing Data: Data used for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications.
• Support Communications: Customer support records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.

When personal data is no longer required, udebet will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

11 Children & Minors

The udebet Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and older. udebet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, we will immediately close the associated account and delete the data in question.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the udebet Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 13 so we can take prompt action.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

udebet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
