1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and udebet ("udebet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the udebet online gaming platform accessible at udebet.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by udebet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on udebet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of udebet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the udebet Platform.

udebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games on udebet, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one udebet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. udebet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify udebet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• Non-Transferability: Your udebet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

udebet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the udebet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: udebet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. udebet may request proof of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, udebet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in your name.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one hour. Bank transfers are processed within one business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account wallet section. udebet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

udebet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — is prohibited.
• udebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, udebet's decision shall be final and binding.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the udebet Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: Slot games and other RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. udebet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, udebet reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the udebet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to udebet support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing udebet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the udebet Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of u debet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without udebet's prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, udebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error beyond udebet's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

udebet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

udebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Privacy
